  Andrew Bachman and Trout Brook Arborist did an absolutely amazing job helping my aunt in Connecticut after a large tree fell on top of her home. When you have a tree on your house, it is a stressful emergency, and you need someone who knows exactly what they are doing. Andrew came out quickly, assessed the situation, and handled the entire emergency tree removal with professionalism, skill, and care.
  The tree was sitting on the roof, and Andrew knew how to safely remove it without causing additional … More damage to the home. You could tell right away that he has real experience with storm damage tree removal, trees on houses, hazardous tree removal, and emergency tree work. He was calm, knowledgeable, and extremely careful around the structure.

  I had an old oak tree in my front yard that unfortunately needed to be removed, and Trout Brook Arborist came through. They removed the tree, stump and mound. They gave me a good deal. They were very professional, punctual and fast. They even got rid off a large broken tree limb from another tree at no extra cost. Both Andrew and Ian were great. I definitely recommend Trout Brook Arborist and will definitely call them again for any future tree removal services.

  My backyard looked a darn mess 2 months ago. I needed some trees cut and some bushes trimmed. I am obsessed with the new mulch and my trees now. I have the best looking yard on this coast. My neighbors ask me who did my mulch and trees. Mailman always comes early just to check out my mulch. My grandkids have playdates in gramps new yard. Andrew you’re the boss.   Trout Brook prunes our trees and has always done a great job. However, this fall we also hired them to do our final yard cleanup before winter. They provided an estimate (reflecting cost and schedule) and thoroughly completed the work on time and within budget immediately after Thanksgiving!

  I had a great experience with Trout Brook Arborists. They responded promptly to my initial request for an assessment of the trees in my yard. They ended up removing a large tree and trimming the rest. In addition to that, they came and cleaned up all the leaves those trees left behind. They were great to work with and I will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended!

  Trimming the two trees in our front yard was done very well, in a short period of time and cleanup of the yard was very good.
  They did arrive 45 minutes late, but finished before dark and company arrived. Thankfully, my neighbor was home and graciously allowed them to park on her driveway to cut one of the trees. This arrangement was not discussed prior to the showing up to trim the trees. The day after, I realized some cut branches had fallen onto our solar panels installed on our sun room roof … More (not much of a pitch). So I emailed to have them remove the branches and blow off the woodchips with a leaf blower. After realizing they had missed my request they came back to remove the branches and cleaned the entire sun roof. It looks great. They also cleaned my gutters at no charge to make up for the delayed response. I appreciate their ability to make a correction.

Limb and some additional dead pieces were taken care of the next afternoon. I have never experienced that level of service. They did a top rate job. Highly recommend!

  Trout Brook Arborists have been doing my spring/summer pruning/cutting of shrubbery for several years now. And I've always been very happy with their work. When I remind them about being careful where they step, they listened and were very careful to not crush or step on any of my flowering lilies etc. And they cleaned up very well.
